Hello, i'm seeking help with some issues i have with my computer.
Specs:
  • Windows 10 pro 64-bit
  • Case: NZXT H200 Mini-ITX
  • MB: ASRock X470 Gaming-ITX/ac (AM4)
  • CPU: AMD Ryzen 7 2700X
  • GPU: NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1080
  • RAM: 2x 8GB Dual-Channel DDR4 @ 1066MHz
  • SSD: ADATA SX6000PNP
  • HDD: 2TB Seagate ST2000DM006-2DM164 (SATA )
I have windows installed on the SSD as main drive and the HDD as external.
I mainly run WoW along with some browser tabs (youtube, etc) on the background and sometimes Photoshop.

--The first issue happens once in a while where i would get a Memory_Management BSOD. After the pc restarts everything works fine.

I've updated MB/Bios, GPU and Windows to their latests release.
I've run Memtest with no failure and several Command Prompts checks/fixes.

--The second issue happened a few days ago while playing WoW. The computer froze (no sound) and restarted on a black screen with the text Reboot and Select Proper Boot Device. I had to manually shut it down, power on and everything was back to normal.
I downloaded Adata's SSD Toolbox to run some tests on the SSD but i keep getting the same error.

and here's the S.M.A.R.T Detail's in case you need them.

I also downloaded Seagates Tool and the SDD and HDD passed all available tests.

So now my questions are Could there be a faulty hardware and if so which could it be?

For the sake of relevance, what BIOS version are you on for your motherboard? Did you clear the CMOS after verifying your BIOS was updated successfully?

SSD: ADATA SX6000PNP
Using Adata's Toolbox, did you see if the SSD is pending a firmware update? I see other firmware versions on the www.

So now my questions are Could there be a faulty hardware and if so which could it be?
I would backup all mission critical data off the OS drive and then attempt a firmware update but please be wary that the select boot drive would indicate the OS drive is either at fault or your BIOS is (partially)corrupt or the location of the M.2 slot being on the rear would lead me to think that the drive's been cooking in your chassis.

1) BIOS is on 5.20, every newer version is on beta so i didnt want to risk it. I had to check what the CMOS is so i guess that a no.

2) Just checked and firmware is on the latest version (V9001b31)

3) I kinda feel that it might be the temperature. The chassis is the smallest of the 3 sizes and everything is pretty much crammed in there. I opened the back panel where the SSD is and it felt hot.
