Question BSOD only when gaming?

Hello,
I have a weird problem and Ive failed to find someone who has/had a similar one.
When I play games (e.g. FIFA23) I certainly receive a BSOD after 5-10. After that my PC gets another BSOD while booting up again, or it will boot but will get another BSOD when the first autostarting programs are starting (Discord, Steam, NZXT Cam).
The temps are perfectly fine just before the BSOD (~65°C CPU @~80% workload, ~80°C GPU @ ~15% Workload(weird?))
The weird thing is, that when I run Furmark for 30min+ (100% GPU workload) nothing happens and when I run a CPU burner it also runs at 100% for 30min+ without crashing.
Another weird thing is, that i tried to install windows 11 and i received BSODs while installing or during set up process.
Does anyone have an idea what the reason of this could be? Cant play since two weeks now and I am very close to throwing the whole system in the trash...
Thankful for any advices!

Other things I tested:
  • Different GPU (RTX 2080TI)
  • Memtest (no errors)
  • chkdsk on both SSDs
  • BIOS update
  • CMOS reset
  • different PCIe slot
  • clean install of windows
  • several DDUs
  • newest drivers installed
  • different CPU+Mainboard
