[BSOD] TCP/IP.sys Crash while streaming

This crash is uncommon but it stops me from being able to stream games.

Any help is greatly appreciated. I really need this fixed

Uninstall Avast or NOD32 you dont need 2 of them. One of them will be causing this crash

And if both of them have firewalls they'll conflict with each other

Avast isn't on my PC?? It doesn't show up in my control panel at all

5 files belonging to it, are on the hdd

Use their removal tool to remove the rest of the files
