Question BSOD Whea after changing cpu cooler

I just changed the cpu cooler from stock cooler to bequiet pure rock slim 2, and everytime i play games it gave bsod whea_uncorrectable_error, and the pc restart after bsod right? It doesn't go to the windows except it goes to bios and the nvme boot drive are not detected, i can go to windows if only i turn off the pc then turn it back on, i already tried to re-seat gpu, ram, nvme, tried load optimal bios settings no luck, tried to run sfc and dism found nothing wrong, i havent tried to re-seat the cpu tho bcs i didn't have thermal paste left to try to, do i need to try to re-seat the cpu?

I have never experienced whea error with the stock cooler before

Hello im back after re seating the cpu, im still getting the whea uncorrectable error, not even 30 minutes of gameplay
i5 11400f
Asrock b560m pro4 bios ver. p1.90
Ram pny xlr8 2x8 3200
Rx 550 4gb
Adata sx6000 pro 256gb
Wdc blue 1tb
Aerocool lux 550w bronze

Update:
I have tried to re seat the ram like 5 times already now, still whea
I tried re install windows, still the same
Update or downgrade gpu driver still the same
Update bios to the latest version still the same
Xmp on or off still the same

Update: i fixed it after i re plug all the psu cable and hdd sata cable
