[SOLVED] BSOD while gaming

I was playing csgo when suddenly a BSOD happened. It said "SYSTEM SERVICE EXCEPTION".
Specs: ryzen 2600x (auto oc)
Gigabyte 1660s gaming oc
Aorus b450 elite
2x8 g.skill ripjawsV @3200

Unfortunately "SYSTEM SERVICE EXCEPTION" doesn't tell us much.
Have you recently updated anything (Windows? Drivers etc?)

You could reinstall the drivers with DriverBooster or something like that. With the windows updates it tends to fail.

Unfortunately this is a much worse option than Windows Updates. Windows will install the (generally) latest stable drivers. DriverBooster and any other driver updater apps have a notorious habit of installing incorrect or inappropriate drivers. Fortunately I believe DB gives you an option to backup before hand.

Do you have any OC at all?
How often do the BSOD occur?

Windows doesn't install latest stable updated drivers, it just installs whats been given to it for checking. Driver booster... hate to think how they confirm drivers. Better to not install anything than to trust it

1st crash happened when audiodg.exe was running (Its victim but a clue). Its the audio device graph isolation tool and is associated with sound drivers mostly

your realtek sound drivers are from 2018. I would look into getting newer ones. perhaps from https://www.tenforums.com/sound-audio/135259-latest-realtek-hd-audio-driver-version-2-a.html since gigabyte haven't updated their website for motherboard in a year.

2nd bsod could be lan drivers, you are running some from 2019, newest on Realtek site are this year - https://www.realtek.com/en/componen...0-1000m-gigabit-ethernet-pci-express-software

Ok so i think i fixed it. Didnt have a BSOD for 3 days. I simply undecrclocked ram to 2933 mhz (xmp wet it to 3200 mhz though mobo supports 2933mhz max)
