BSOD while sleep/standby/hybernated

Hi all,

I am having BSOD when i waking up my PC, cant find the solution to this, I have checked all drivers (up to date ) and hardware wise ( ram mem test, harddrive errors scan ect ) and seems all ok. I just get blue screen when pc is aleep or standby.
