Hi guys, sorry for the long post, i don't know what to do.

My specs
New mobo Asus B450-PLUS PRIME (thought it might be the mobo)
Other mobo B450 Msi B450 Tomahawk
G.Skill 16GB DDR4-3200 F4-3200C15D-16GVK
Ryzen 3600
Psu EVGA SuperNOVA 750 G3 since 2017(used it since then in my old pc)
Gpu Zotac 2070 super
Kingston A400 SSD SA400M8/120G M.2 for Windows
Crucial MX500 1 TB

I've been having this restart problem for months and here are some dates.
Before i took notes it was happening about once a week or every two weeks.
13 feb restart,12 march restart,16 march restart, 19 march restart, new windows install with the Msi B450 Tomahawk, no minidumps for these restarts only Kernel-Power in eventviewer

With Asus B450-PLUS PRIME 23 march the mobo got to me and everything was "fine" (new windows install)
I don't know if the Path of exile black screen problem is related to the restart , i can't play Poe for more than 30 min if i don't underclock my Gpu with Msi afterburner by -250 mhz, my gpu is factory OC and max clock is 1950 mhz.
In poe after about sometime, my screen goes black and i have to manually reboot if i don't underclock
from the eventviewer i found out that the problem with Poe is display driver nvlddmkm stopped this only happens with Poe, it happened with both motherboards.

This is in the Poe log
"[D3D11] Map: The GPU device instance has been suspended. Use GetDeviceRemovedReason to determine the appropriate action.
(GetDeviceRemovedReason: The GPU will not respond to more commands, most likely because some other application submitted invalid commands.
The calling application should re-create the device and continue."

24 march restarted while i was playing Monster Hunter World (i play MHW with my xbox one wireless adapter controller ) first i got a restart with no bsod, then i got a bsod got to 20% and restarted, both times the restart was after 30 min/38 min of gameplay.
I was keeping an eye on the temps, cpu 55 c max, gpu 70 c max, Msi Afterburner and RTSS are in backround while i play.

I did the memtest 4 passes and not ram errors and on a different day 12 passes for 11 h no errors
Stress tested my gpu with FurMark no problems for 40 min.
Tried a lof of different nvidia drivers.
Minidump link
https://1drv.ms/u/s!Am9gu_e62O6VijWOZHGQCJEAcbqZ?e=susNsV
These minidumps are with Asus B450-PLUS PRIME
MHW on Kingston ssd
MHW crashed at about 45 min with nvidia driver 442.74
Event Viewer
"Faulting application name: MonsterHunterWorld.exe, version: 0.0.0.0, time stamp: 0x5e5f7269

Faulting process id: 0x18d”
Same error without MSI Afterburner or RTSS after 1h10 min and MHW on HDD same crash after 50 min.
With driver 445.78 hotfix at 40 min the game slowed down and then Bsod

I took my Kingston A400 SSD SA400M8/120G M.2 out and i installed windows 10 on my Crucial MX500
Bsod after 40 min of MHW with nvidia driver 442.74

I've been using my pc all day for about 15h or so,when i'm not gaming it works fine, no bsod or restarts,i think i got a restart months ago while i was browsing

Solution
The problem (Faulting module name: nvwgf2umx.dll, version: 26.21.14.4274, time stamp: 0x5e6bf2a1 ) related to the driver, may try the old version driver. And use DDU to uninstall the driver first, then reinstall the driver.
DDU https://www.guru3d.com/content_page/guru3d_driver_sweeper.html

If you still get the same problem, try to under clock the GPU, or increase little bit the voltage, or set the GPU power limit to 90% or even lower, because the your GPU may not run stable under the factory OC.

Ty, i have used a lot of different nvidia drivers and i use DDU every time.
I will try to underclock and see how it goes.
How much should i increase the voltage ?

I don't know if this is related but.
I also have some weird flickering only on desktop, here is a video https://files.fm/u/c5m3azzg I don't know if it's the monitor or the Gpu, i tried my old monitor, 60hz and it's fine.

Right now i'm running Prime95 torture test threads 12 Small FFTs.
I might try to use 1 stick of ram and see how that goes.
The ram that i use is not on the list of compatible ram on either of the motherboards.

It depends on the GPU model so that I don't know how much, may try to find more info online. Sorry.

The flickering problem may related to GPU, the GPU may have problem. If you can test other GPU in your PC, or test 2070 super in other PC, if you can.

I've forgot to say that yesterday in MHW at about 40 min my fps dropped from 120 or so to 25 it was really sluggish ( i alt-tab and the Gpu clock was at 300 mhz ) and then 1 BSod

I underclocked my GPU , core clock and memory clock by -250 mhz and MHW crashed in 10 min.

Hmm looks like other ppl have this problem with MHW , https://steamcommunity.com/app/582010/discussions/0/2145343313163053659/
I will try other games maybe RDR2 to see how it works.
