Question BSODs on wake from sleep, or randomly

Hello! I built my PC in January 2021 and have had BSODs every few weeks since the beginning. I did a clean install of Windows a few months in and it didn't fix anything, and have also run memtest and chkdsk with no errors found. The blue screens most commonly occur immediately on waking the computer from sleep after it has been left sleeping for a few hours, or overnight. But they sometimes also happen randomly under very light load (ex. only browser running.) The blue screens don't immediately repeat; once it reboots, it's fine until the error recurs a few weeks later.

Here are dump files from the last 5 BSODs. When I checked BlueScreenView, all of them blame ntoskrnl.exe so I'm hoping someone can help me identify what the actual root cause is.

You might want to update the bios and see if it has any effect on the problem.

try updating VPN software.

they not very common are they, judging from length of times PC has been up before they occurred.
