Hello every one plz help me building a budget gaming pc (440$ max).shuld b able to play games lik gta 5 or project cars at gud frame rates plz.n also could use it for photoshop cs 6. Im most likely to hav 8gigs of ram.

Guys plz avoid adding optical disk as i hav one and also dont add os in the list as i already hav one or i could download them.thankyou.

Or are you suggesting the iGPU because if so the HD4400 is definitely not a good gaming GPU.

Problem is $440 is just not enough money unless you can get W10 and a few other components even cheaper somehow (used from friend?).

I saw W7 64-bit Home for $50USD online and that can be exchanged for Windows 10 64-bit. Thus we have about $390 for the hardware.

I have rebates unfortunately, but the budget is just so tight I had to make very tough choices trying to get to $440.

Anyway, use as an example if you want. Maybe you can find a better GPU for used but if so be very careful as there's likely no Warranty. Make sure it has at least 2GB of VRAM.
