Budget Gaming Rig (United Kingdom)

I am looking to build a budget gaming rig with a limit of £600 (little flexibility). I would be aiming for an ATI build due to pricing.
Computer will be used for both gaming and graphics (e.g. photoshop CS5, Dreamweaver etc)
Price is for base unit only as I have already got monitor and Windows, before i propose a build i would like to hear your opinions, any help would be appreciated.

If you want to get an even more powerful graphics card or a much nicer, much more expensive case, then you would probably be justified in going with an AM3+ build.
