Im looking for a budget graphics card to pair with this budget build for someone who is going to be using this as a daily family home pc. No indication they will be gaming so im just looking for best bang for buck. Maybe $50-$75ish range. I have not bought gfx cards in years so totally blind as to what is out there and whats what. Thank you!

AMD Ryzen 3 1200 3.4 GHz
ASRock B450M-HDV R4.0
500GB m.2 SSD
16GB Memory
Rosewill FBM-X2 Micro ATX Mini Tower

Solution
If your budget is only $50-$75 for a graphics card, put that money towards an APU. For $20 more, you can get the Ryzen 3 2200G. That would be the best option.

This was also a consideration, and I think its probably the best idea, however I already am stuck with the Ryzen 3 1200. Perhaps I will ebay it and get the 2200g afterall. Excellent idea.
