Budget GPU For gaming

I need a Graphic Card. but I have some budget. its Rs. 6000. I Play Games Like, CoD Advanced Warfare, Bf 4, Ac bf iv, NFS Rivals etc. I Dont want to play in high end. but in middle settings. my pc -
i3 2.5 ghz,
4gb Ram,
500 gb Seagate,
450w PSU or Will Be upgrading To 500w.

Internet-
100 Mbps / 12.5 MBps

My Options,
Gt 640, gddr5
HD 6670, gddr5
gt 240. gddr5

these are out of my budget.. So Please Recommend Something.
