Budget IPS Panel Monitor

I am looking for a good budget IPS Panel LED Monitor with matt display with freesync technology under 20000 INR.
Requirement:
Very good SRGB Spectrum(>95%), pixel density, colour reproduction, easy on eyes, minimum or bazzleless and good stand.
I did look at LG 22hpv68-hq, but SRGB is very less and stand is not firm.

Too big for my liking. Nevertheless I went for LG 22-MP68VQ 1080P 22 inch IPS LED Monitor. Yes stand is not adjustable and colors are good for my liking. Below are features:

  75 HZ Refresh Rate
  Matte Display
  Free Sync

My current PC configuration which I am looking to upgrade to Corei5 7500 or Ryzen. Kindly suggest a graphic card.I am not a hardcore gamer, but I do play and will play for fun with max/ultra settings:
