Budget(ish) GPU for moderately modded Skyrim

Building a gaming PC for lightly to moderately modded skyrim, so far I have this. I was trying to trim down the budget and I was wondering what GPU I could downgrade to that would still run Skyrim on 1080p with atleast 45+ FPS on average. No overclocking.

Will I need to OC it? I don't feel very comfortable overclocking when I need this PC to last 4+ years.

No OCing required. You can if you want to. But you certainly don't have to.
