Budget lan box

Hi everyone, I have been away from hardware for a while and am looking to build myself a new budget lan rig. Im in Australia and have a budget of $450 AUD, this system comes in at around the $420 mark.

What are your thoughts is there any hardware that is better matched to a build like this? Would this rig be reasonably capable for gaming in a LAN scenario?

What kind of LAN, cause the is a Blizzard games lan, cod4 lan, quake, ut and the rest, is it suppose to play high end games maxed?

Theyre local lan parties, all sorts of a games I dont expect to handle everything perfect but will it play something like BF3 at moderate settings comfortably?
