Budget Laptop/Notebook Without OS?

I'm looking to buy a budget laptop or notebook with no OS. I plan to install a Linux OS myself. What's my best bet?

Thanks Seankay. What I get from that is that I probably should buy a used Thinkpad. I don't want anything with the name Google on it. Plus, you can't delete Chrome from a Chromebook. So I'll look into that. There are some great suggestions in that thread on how to do that.
