Build Advice Budget system options

Hello guys!

So I'm planning to build a system for my friend's birthday, but I'm kinda lost when it comes to what parts should I get for the PC. She mainly plays Valorant, but my fear is if she gets a newer pc, she's more likely to play games she couldn't before. I'm aiming for a 1080p budget system. What should be the options for the best bang for the buck for around 500 Euro (Converted price- it's around 200 000 HUF)? Thank you in advance!

Basically a whole setup except headset, but the target price is only for the pc (I've already chosen the monitor*, keyboard and mice)
I'll go for team red for the system, 32gb ram, and probably around 1.5tb of storage (500gb nvme for system, 1tb sata ssd for games, 1tb hdd for bulk data). Also I'm thinking of buying the cpu and gpu from the used market.

*Monitor is: Acer Nitro QG241YM3bmiipx FreeSync Monitor 23,8 180hz

No, not at all, but I'll definitely buy the mobo and psu brand new. But I'll definitely check the used market for some good deals!

Gotcha, maybe do you have any specific suggestions for an am4 build with radeon gpu?

what i did is a ryzen 2600 and 16gb ddr4 ram and used gtx 1660s i have a old psu but always buy new and motheboard was new as well
