Bug/Feature/??? Windows 8.1 x64 - Minimize fullscreen apps at 0:00 AM

Hello! I have a weird thing going on with my windows os: regardless of what type of fullscreen app (game, media player, firefox on youtube video etc.) i'm running, at 0:00 AM sharp it either gets minimized or into windowed mode. It's very annoying and i would like to know if i can change some setting somewhere so that it does not happen anymore. Looking forward to your suggestions

No ideas? Am i the only one that has this problem? I've found similar bugs while searching on google but these are apparently video driver issues whereas in my case i just get annoyed a 00:00 am, while gaming or watching a video, with this forced minimize or "fullscreen-to-windowed" thing.

uncheck the "notify me ..." as shown in picture.
