Yes, seems like a very decent build. you can also look for an other m.2 ssd if you are willing on saving some money(up to you). The front fan placement does not really matter if you will othervise have enough airflow going through your pc.

All in all, you did well with your build choices. Just surprised to see an Intel build given your user name.
Funnily enough I made this account when I was set out on a Ryzen chip but realised an intel with a slightly stretched budget would be far better for gaming 😉

In the same budget range you can get far superior performing Ryzen build compared to its Intel counterpart. R7 2700 and RTX2080 combo when compared to i5-8600K and RTX2060 combo will have around 55-60% performance improvement which is a huge gain.
