I would opt for a better PSU: XFX, SeaSonic, or Corsair (HX/TX/AX).

Drop it down to a 2x4GB RAM kit, there's no need for 16GB.

Motherboard and CPU are not compatible, swap out the motherboard for a Z87 board, would recommend a ASUS Maximus VI Hero, or a ASUS Z87-A/PLUS if the Hero is a bit too much.

Maybe from the site: Komplett.dk or an other company, Idc - Just wanna see what you mean. :)

BTW: This build is going to be used to Streaming and gaming, and the games are like: Csgo, Call of duty etc.
