Whats up , I am currently in the works of choosing the parts for my most recent build. The budged is in the title , but it can go a little bit further if needed.

I need this computer to handle alot of stuff: Gaming / Editing (Photo and Video) / 3D Rendering / Simulation (Fluids , Dynamics) / Streaming and other general type of things like surfing the web and watching movies etc. But its a computer which will be ON long periods of time.

These parts were chosen by a company near my place , tho before moving on with the purchase , I'd like to ask other , hopefully , more inteligent people than me in this tech area. So tell me , is this build good for what I specified ? Will it last a bunch of years before having to change any parts ? Should I go for another brand on some part ? And should I put in some extra cash on some parts , which would make it majorly worth it?
