If you're having trouble seating your Gigabyte 4070 Ti GPU in the PCIe slot of your ASUS ROG Strix X870E-E motherboard, try the following:

  1. Align Properly: Ensure the GPU is correctly aligned with the PCIe slot.
  2. Check for Obstructions: Make sure there are no cables or debris blocking the slot.
  3. Open the PCIe Latch: Ensure the latch is open before inserting the GPU and clicks into place once seated.
  4. Inspect for Damage: Remove the GPU and check both the connector and slot for any damage or debris.
  5. Consult Manuals: Refer to the motherboard and GPU manuals for any specific installation guidance.
If the issue persists, consider contacting technical support for assistance.
