What is your location and budget?

Why you say that cheap and bad . You dont believe asus products? Is msi 450 beter than asus 450 f gaming ?
MSI is not better than ASUS and ASUS is not better than MSI. It completely depends on the specific board. However the MSI i linked is an excellent board. You can always go cheaper as I stated above, just giving you one I know to be very good. You can always go cheaper.

With PSUs, generally the word cheap and quality don't go hand in hand, you get what you pay for.
You can see more info here in point 1 here: https://forums.tomshardware.com/thr...when-selecting-parts-for-a-custom-pc.3510178/

You could always go a Corsair CX for less but the TX is excellent.

Not too much different than suggested, it's just how I'd do it.

Both of the PSUs that myself and @helper800 have suggested are both excellent. I would opt for the Seasonic, however I suggested the TXM as it's still excellent and was on a particularly good deal.

I would up the RAM to 3200, as both of us suggested, and make sure it is 2x8GB not 1x16GB

Yes it does, with the relevant caveats mentioned above (disabling of SATA ports, 2nd Gen Ryzen, etc.)
