That was the only choice in the $30 range (for a pair) and the specs looked OK.

Quiet is better than flow for my wife and the thermals of this case are supposed to be good.. I may get a blower GPU too.

I'm not sure about how to arrange the airflow, but I'm prepared to test and mess with things when I know better.

I do not think that 140s are supported (without trusty Mr. Drill Press)

That was not a choice I was able to make.

$5.00 fans with no name and LEDs, the pair of Corsairs for $30, or super quiet, super bearing, super power, super price at $40 each.

for my fans, list is $40 a pair, Amazon has $25. Storefront walk and buy, $30.00 was fine with me.

These would all be great choices at under 10$ each:

Of course they would, you yourself suggested Aerocools (IIRC)

However, you don't seem to be listening to MY end of the conversation old buddy:). Yes, everything you say is valuable advice, but when I walk into the only shop within 50 miles of where I live, I buy what is available or I buy nothing, and I needed the fans the next day, so $30 Corsairs it was. Had the only choice been $5 fans or $40 fans I would have bought cheap. I would not buy $40 fans on principle.

Yes, but not in time to arrive before I leave for school before 6:00am the next day. nor do I want to pay more than the fans cost for next day delivery (even if that were possible)

I actually have a HUGE Amazon warehouse only a few miles away.

I have money. I don't mind spending it when that makes sense.

The same applies to the splitter cable I need, I could make one, I could order one, but I'm ready to pay $6.99 locally even though I know I could save a bit elsewhere. I WANT there to be local stores I can walk into and buy stuff. That requires me to allow them to make money from me.

those sickleflows are loud, I got 3 in my case and on full speed my PC sounds like a jet. they're louder then what the info says. but they're good coolers non the less. but they have the standard 3pin connection, so no pwm.

those arctic f12's are good. I would recomend those aswell

and you can "change" the colors of the fans that donkey bought, that's why it's more expensive.

Perhaps in Montreal. Thursday to Tuesday is normal unless I pay a lot more down here. Often shipping from an out-of-state warehouse with Amazon. I think the nearby warehouse specializes in 'big' stiff like appliances and TVs and such.

Yep. They are a bit louder than some fans, but the bearing is AMAZING quality and they have some of the smoothest speed variance compared to any other fan. They also are much more sturdy and well built. They are definitely worth $30 for two.

Why pay $8 for a fan that might last a year before it starts clicking, when yo could fay 15 for a fan that will last basically forever.
