Build PC to View Tiled Documents simultaneously

Looking for COMPONENT recommendations to build a Business PC to Display (8) pages of documents Simultaneously from a Server Over a high speed Internet connection.
Components sought:

Intel CPU
Motherboard
RAM
NVIDIA video card
Power Supply
Case
SSD
WIN 7 OS

Monitor will be a 40" HD flat panel. Must not have any graphics lag.

not sure what you're asking for. Do you mean 8 individual pages all visible at the same time? Depending on how big (like a Word document page?) the displayed page is that would require a multimonitor setup to have them all fully visible at once. Frankly almost any computer can do this.

1920 x 1080 may not be the best for 8 documents at once.

It may be worth looking into a 3840 x 2160(4k) tv or monitor since it will have more pixels. This would mean each page would get 960 x 1080 instead of 480 x 540. That aspect does not even match documents very well.

Example image @ 1920 x 1080. Even on a larger screen the low pixel count per each of the 8 sections will not be nice to look at.

I'm looking for component suggestions for my new rig that will use:

6th gen Intel i7 CPU and NVIDIA NVS510 video card- YES 8 "up" pages to display on my 40" monitor at the same time.

Any suggestions for RAM, CPU fan, SSD, Mobo, and Power supply for a WIN 7 rig? I need fast display refresh for the docs Ill be viewing over an internet connection from a remote server...thanks guys!
