hi iam thinking off upgrading my daughters pc but wording if it will be worth it or up grad my pc and give her my pc

ryzen 3600

gefroce 270 8gb

B450-A PRO MAX mother borad

16gb g skill fa32ooc16d 3200mrz

my pc specs

5800x3d
32 gb
MAG B550 TOMAHAWK
7900gre

is it worth jumping over to 7800x3d/9800x3d thankyou for reading

she wont to start playing call of duty red dead redemption etc and fortnight and one line games she saying fortnight lags and the pc was my old pc wot think about 3/4 years the power supply is corsair cx 600

IMO would look at an update to a 5600 or better CPU and a modern graphics card, even on the low end.

edit- I have to assume you have a typo on the graphics card part of daughter's build. If it is a 2070 or so, go with the 5600 and a cooler. Put it on SSD/NVMe if not already.

yes ment to be 2070 lol and she got a 1gb fan Xiang m2. SSD gen 3 would i need up date the boios to but 5600 in the baord

5X00X3D CPU would be better if they are available for a reasonable price would be best.
