Case - NZXT H440 Matte black/red
Motherboard - ASUS STRIX Z270E GAMING
CPU COOLER - H100I v2

i have a couple questions about setting up the fans and wiring
The case come with 4 fans 3 in the front and 1 rear, and then the h100i comes with two fans for a total of 6 fans. 3 intake 1 exhaust and then however i run the cooler. im going to mount the cooler on the top of the case.
[strike]
1. Should i run the fans in intake or exhaust?
2. should i have the fan on top (between case and rad) or bottom (between rad and mobo)?
3. the case has a fan controller on the back of it should i run all fans (including h100i fans to the controller?
4. where do i plug in the fan controller?
5. where do i plug in the pump for the cpu cooler?
6. will it work if i run all fans to controller? (i know it will work but would it be wise to?)[/strike]

UPDATE QUESTIONS/INFO (10/31/2017)
So im choosing to run all fans through the fan controller on the back of the h440.
Where do i connect the h100i v2 pump and corsair link cable?
Does it matter if i connect the h100i fans to the controller or should i connect them to the mb?

Motherboard Manual Link

i know my questions sound repetitive just want to make sure i get all the questions needed asked so i dont forget.

For top mounted radiators exhaust is by far the most popular choice. You already have plenty of intake as well. The fans should be mounted on the bottom of the radiator, in between the mobo and the rad, to blow air through the radiator fins. The fan controller should already be plugged in, and the included fans are probably plugged into it. It might have an extra 2 slots, if not, your motherboard should have multiple chassis fan headers. The pump for your cooler goes on the CPU_OPT_WITH_PUMP header next to the CPU_FAN header. If you run all of the fans on the controller, if possible, it will not affect performance and it is totally fine to do so.

so the pump plugs into the CPU_OPT_WITH_PUMP and then the fan controller goes to where? and i know i can run all fans off the fan controller, just idk where the controller plugs into i did it before on my last build but forgot.

If the fan controller isn't already plugged in, then it will most likely plug into the USB_2.0 header on your motherboard, either that or with a molex connector. You'll have to check online or in the manual which one.
