I am looking to build a computer that I can play league of legends on the highest settings and at a high FPS (around 100 preferably). I would like to keep my budget around $1000 if possible. Also, can someone recommend a good monitor for gaming?

Thanks in advanced.

This build is more than enough to play League of Legends and all other games at high quality settings.

Is the monitor included in the $1000 budget? I assume it is.
