PSU: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16817153023

Totals at 302 USD. I made this list with price being the primary factor. To the best of my knowledge, everything is compatable, and it is the cheapest build I could find within reasonable performance expectations. Please note that the GPU isn't the exact one I have, but it's the closest one I could find on Newegg.

If there are any glaring problems, or if I could get a better build for around the same price, please let me know!

Just few suggestions...

1. CPU - Just $2 more can get you a better CPU - X2 240

2. RAM - Corsair - Cheaper and faster

3. PSU - Corsair 400CX - After Mail-In-Rebates, would be cheaper than that thermaltake and as for quality, is far better...

4. Maybe this mobo - Would have good BIOS options and is next gen compared to that board...So I think its well worth the extra $10
ASRock A780LM AM2+/AM2 AMD RS780L (760G)

Solution
So far as I can tell, the mobo you suggested, gkay, doesn't support AM3 CPU's, can you suggest a mobo that does for near the same price? If you can I'll gladly consider the CPU you suggested, and as for the RAM, it seems like the far superior option.
