Hey I just bought a Asus Maximus vi Extreme my motherboard, CORSAIR Hydro Series H110 Extreme Performance Water/Liquid CPU Cooler. 280mm, Intel Core i7-4790K Devil’s Canyon Quad-Core 4.0GHz LGA 1150 BX80646I74790K Desktop Processor Intel HD Graphics 4600, Samsung 850 Pro 1 TB 2.5-Inch SATA III Internal SSD (MZ-7KE1T0BW) 2, 1 x CORSAIR Vengeance 16GB (4 x 8GB) 240-Pin DDR3 SDRAM DDR3 1600 (PC3 12800) Desktop Memory Model CMZ16GX3M2A1600C10, and 2 1 x ASUS ENGTX550 TI DC/DI/1GD5 GeForce GTX 550 Ti (Fermi) 1GB 192-Bit GDDR5 PCI Express 2.0 x16 HDCP Ready SLI Support.

What would be the Best set up rog ramdisk or Achi ?

They don't have to be exclusive, you can do both if you want. AHCI is how the motherbd 'runs' the drive. A ramdisk is software to turn a chunk of your memory into a drive; frequently used to buffer a system drive.

Enabling Samsung RAPID mode also creates a small ram drive to buffer the ssd, for example.

Set optimized defaults in BIOS. Probably called default settings in your BIOS. This will automatically set AHCI. Probably is the best and more stable way to go for your 850 Pro.

But then again, since you have a lot of memory, try rog ramdisk and see. It is problematic with some users. But I would seriously be tempted to try it.

EDIT:
You can download the samsung magician software and there is an option like what popatim says. You get incredible speeds just with samsung's software.

Thank you all for the information. I exited to do this build, I have down other builds but as aggressive as this one will be. Now all my components will be here this Friday the 27 of march.
