Building a gaming pc

This is my first build and i was wondering if i could get some help. I decided on the haf 932 case, i7 950 and im not sure about getting a gtx 460. I really need help finding a motherboard, and the rest. My my budget is 1.5k including the monitor speaker mouse and keyboard. Pleease respond fast

decided to just wait for the i5 2500k because its the biggest bang for the buck

Last is the xfx 6970 better than the gtx 570 because they are the same price. The XFX 2gb 6970

Go for Corsair best in the psu segment but dont forget the XFX psu is only 65$ After Rebates
Just buy an aftermarket cooler like cm hyper212+ and u can safely overclock i7
Okay if budgets an issue u can go for that Keyboard
IF u can wait then its the best option
GTX 570 is better than the 6970.It scales 4-5 Fps more in every games

Ok the i7 2600k and the i5 2500k came out. Will the asus sabertooth work with the i5 and is the 100 dollar difference worth it. As you know if i get the i5 i can then get the gtx 570 because i want the lowest budget.

Is hyper threading and less cache a big deal because the i5 doesnt have it

As for static, I live in minnesota and I built in the middle of winter but I didn't use a strap. Just touch the case before you touch any vulnerable components.

If I were to multi task how big of a difference would there be. Should go with an i5 with a gtx 570 or i7 with a gtx 560/ or gigabyte gtx 560 super clocked

Moreover GTX 570 is a very hot card
GTX 560Ti runs cooler even after OCed
