Building a Haswell system !

Guys I was thinking of building a Haswell System so suggest me a config!
I want to to play the upcoming demanding games like AC4,BF4,COD,Batman,blacklist .........
things I need is MOBO , PROCESSOR , HDD ,RAM
I have a budget of 400$

I am currently running cooler master extreme power plus 600 watt psu so do I need to change it for Haswell ?

Yes, your PSU must be "Haswell compatible"...basically another way to get you to pay more money.

Your CM should be fine "Haswell compatible" is nothing but Hype, everybody is trying to come up with 'catchy' jusnk to entice buyers - many of these so-called Haswell compatibles have been around for years or are models simply relabeled as a new model....same stuff that's been out since long before Haswell

No, you actually have to have a PSU capable of delivering the ULV sleep state power. If your PSU isn't capable, you have to disable several of the extra "C-States" in the BIOS, or you'll burn up the CPU.

Consequently...that also makes Haswell draw more power than IB across the board, since it uses the ultra low power states to keep idle power down, if you disable those, you'll draw more voltage/watts across the board.
