Building a new gaming pc. Would like some advice.

As the title suggests, I'm looking to build to new gaming pc for ~$800. So far, I've picked out the following components and would appreciate it if I could get some feedback to make sure there will be no issues down the road.

Processor: Intel Core i5 3570K Unlocked ($217.99)
Motherboard: ASUS P8Z77-V Lk ATX LGA1155 Z77 ($114.99)
RAM: Kingston KHX1600C9D3B1K2/8GX 8GB Kit 2X4GB 1600MHz DDR3 ($36.99)
Graphics Card 1: ASUS Radeon HD 7850 V2 ($214.99)
OR
Graphics Card 2: ASUS GeForce GTX 660 OC ($219.99)
Hard Drive: Seagate Barracuda 7200.12 1TB SATA ($59.99)
Case: Zalman Z9 Plus ATX Mid Tower Case Black ($39.99)
Power Supply: Thermaltake TR2 700w Cable Management ATX12V ($39.99)

I don't think Thermaltake's are highly rated PSU's, and the fact that it's 40 bucks for 700w also seems suspect. Go with a PSU from Antec, Seasonic, Corsair, XFX, it's probably the most vital part of your machine considering it touches everything else and if it fails it can take a lot of stuff with it.

I agree with the above.

Also, I'd go for GTX 660 out of those two. It's considerably faster.

Lastly, don't forget a CPU cooler .
