Solution
Okay, I will assume United States and low budget. This can be changed if you provide more info.

Not sure what your friend was trying to say about component compatibility but something doesn't seem right. The mobo/PSU has far more to do with what GPU can be used than what kind of CPU.

Here is a build

    ■ CPU: Latest generation i3, it is a little faster than the i3-6100
    ■ CPU Cooler: Not required, use the stock cooler. If you really want one the use this one
    https://pcpartpicker.com/product/hJFPxr/deepcool-cpu-cooler-gammaxx400
    ■ Motherboard: B250 chipset, you will not need a BIOS update to run the 7th gen CPU
    ■ Memory: 16GB of 2400 MHz RAM, this is the new standard and will future proof your build. If you want to stay with...
Need budget, country of purchase (affects availability and price) and specific make/model information for the parts you have listed. Second, what will you be using this computer for? And why the 6th gen CPU, are the components you listed already purchased?

i am gonna use it for gaming. My friend suggested me to buy i3 6th gen cuz i need 6th gen+ cpu to use gtx 1060.No,have not purchased yet.Can you offer me good cooler , motherboard and block not much expensive

Good budget gaming PC 😉

hello again.finelly i am going to buy the pc that you have offered.is there anything else that i have to buy? or those are entire parts?' and i think i should buy a founders edition of the gpu what do you think?

you will be wasting money purchasing an i3. either go i5 or pentium g4560. the i3 is not worth the cost compared with the g4560 which performs within 10% of the i3 and costs about half the price .
