Hi friends,

I am building a new setup and below are the two setups i am considering right now

Build 1

Product Cost in INR
Asus Z170 Deluxe 26,399
Intel i7 6700k 28,799
G-Skill TridentZ 16GB 3200MHz 12,980
Corsair Hydro Series H100i 8,299
Total 76,477

Build 2

Product Name Cost in INR
Asus MAXIMUS VIII HERO 21,299
Intel Core I5-6600K 18,799
Kingston HyperX Fury 16GB 2166MHz 8,598
SilverStone Argon Series AR06 3,544
Total 52,240

I would be using this build mainly for Video rendering and casual gaming.
Please give me your suggestions which one of these would be good enough to support me for next 2 years.
Rest of the parts like Power supply, cabinet, storage & monitor, i already have purchased.

Thanks for you reply. The only thing to consider Asus deluxe mobo was onboard wifi. For example, a video rendering takes 1-2 hours to complete, and till than i would not be able to use the PC for any other task.

So in this scenario, Asus Wifi-Go app is a nice thing, where i can browse the pc on my android device remotely from a near by room or outside of the garden, to check whether the task is completed or resulted an error while doing other stuff.

Earlier i was having Asus P8-Z77 V Pro mobo which was having onboard wifi and this was awesome.

wifi add in cards are cheap and readily available. Moreover, they tend to be stronger than motherboard integrated wifi with larger antennas. Use a pcie card, not a usb dongle.

If you are rendering and heavily using the pc, windows will give more interactive tasks such as email or web browsing higher priority. The rendering will be minimally impacted.
