Building a PC for university

Hello all,

I've never built my own PC before, so I came here looking for advice. I have a budget of around £800 (Including OS, Monitor, Keyboard etc)

I'd like to build a PC that will be able to play most games such at GTA V at 60fps, and also able to deal with editing and rendering videos.

Preferably I'd like this system to last the duration of my time at university, which is three years.

Any advice on what parts to buy?

Does this include any kind of cooling?
If it doesn't, what would you suggest?

It doesn't need cooling because you won't be ocing. The stock cooler that comes with the CPU will suffice.
