Building an Editing Rig

Hi all,

I am building a Work/Editing rig. I currently have these parts:
Ryzen 5 1600
Asrock AB350 Pro4
Klevv Bolt 2x8gb 3000Mhz
Seasonic S12II 520w EVO Edition
Phanteks Eclipse P300

I am looking for a cheap GPU that would be sufficient enough to let me do some photo editing up to 4k resolution and some very light video editing in 1080p (mostly just audio correction and cutting videos to make them shorter).

I'm currently in China and I found a refurbished Zotac GTX950 2Gb with dual fan for less than 80$ from a trusted source. Should this do the job?

Yeah a 950 would be suitable and allow cuda acceleration if the editing program supports it.
