I would change the 3600X to a 3600 and I'd get the Intel NVME drive and I'd get the Seasonic PSU I would suggest getting 3200MHz but if you rather spend on other parts of your build that's totally fine.
is the 3200MHz for the ram?
also, making all those changes would affect the price how?

If you are worried about the case or motherboard read a review, But I really recommend X570 for Ryzen 3000 until all the BIOS problems are sorted, Yes 3200MHz is recommended for Ryzen 3000 however, if you are okay with overclocking get a kit that has very good overclocking like the Crucial Sport LT 3000MHz kit I have.

Why that Gpu over the 2060?
 
Okay dunno if anyone will see this but very close to ordering all my parts and im wondering one things: Is the radeon 5700 still a good buy despite driver issues over the 2060
