Building High End PC (Need Help)

Ok I put this build together. This is around what I want to spend. I don't want to do any SLI, and I do not know anything about CPU Cooling.


Any suggestions that will give me better performance/equal performance for equal or less $$$.

I plan to only use this for Gaming! (I want to stick with the 16gb of Ram though)

I think it will using the dimensions, we will see. If it doesn't I can just send it back and get what you suggested. I appreciate the help though. Not like it will be up and running fully for a few weeks anyways while I wait for the GTX 980 to arrive lol.
