Building my first budget PC

Hi. Should I get an i5 7600k and a GTX 1060.l or an i5 7600 and a GTX 1070?

I doubt that's in the tier list since it's hardly updated,but a review of jonnyguru of the 750watt seems to say it has what it takes to run the pc without problems.It seems to be a good choice this one.

Yeah not that exact one but it has similar ones that seem to be older version of the Grand RGB and they are rated Tier 2 so i would expect the new Grand RGB series to be at least on par if not better. Listed TT PSUs in Tier 2:
