Building my first pc

Solution
Your build is very good for your budget, do not change a thing.
Budgeting 2x the cpu cost for the graphics card is about right for a balanced gamer.
8gb is fine for gaming.
Seasonic is of good quality, and 430w is fine for a GTX1060.
Go to 550w if you might upgrade graphics in the near future.

240gb ssd will do just fine and will hold a fair number of games.
I like Samsung evo better for reliability and performance if the price is not too different.

I think you won't find anything better than this. Maybe you can bump ram to 2666 (for ~5$), but that's it.

well, there is one problem about it. That RAM doesn't sell in my country and for some reason that whole setup costs about 788 USD.

The thing that catches my eye on that is the storage being only a single 240GB SSD. That's not much - do you have secondary storage (i.e. an existing external HD or something) separately? Total is currently showing as under $650 so you have room to either add a 1TB HD or bump to a larger SSD. If you are building it for very focused purpose, only gaming and have no media, larger apps etc that 240GB SSD may be enough though.

I don't have any external HD, but I don't plan to play any large games. Right now I'm using only 90GB of my current HDD (laptop).

For now I would like to stick with light games and then I was thinking about adding 1TB HDD
