Second time builder here. Going for a pc capable of most games 1440p 60-160 fps depending on competitive game, story game etc. Would also use for a little vr and possible 60-120 fps 4k tv if I ever splurge. Already have a 2tb NVME so thats why i've got a smaller one there. Current idea (everything subject to change): https://au.pcpartpicker.com/list/pKbXfv

Solution
@Niqo DDR5 hasn't caught up with DDR4 yet in regards to gaming. That CM cpu cooler in your link won't handle that cpu and you want to size up on your SSD. Here's a few changes to your build to have a look at.

No particular budget?

You might get some frowning on the need for a 12700K.

Maybe more frowning on the Hyper 212 cooler, but it certainly isn't bad. It was a very good value and highly recommended cooler 10 years ago. Less so now.

Is that DDR 5 unavailable in a 2 x 8 kit? You may get comments on how DDR 5 is not a good value now.

MSI power supplies are rarely commented on here. I have no knowledge.

Solution
If you're dead set on the DDR5 route then have a look at this board w/12700F and it might give you enough room in your budget to get a set of 2x16GB DDR5.
