Build Advice Building new PC (mostly) for chess analysis

I'm a professional player and chess coach. I need a powerful machine to analyze chess. This includes running chess engines (such as Power Fritz and Stockfish) as well as the very taxing program Chessbase 17. Some engines (the NNUE ones) benefit a lot with the GPU (Cuda cores).
Can you please tell me which are the most suitable components/build that I should buy?
I'd like to stay under €2000.

No problem if I change for the i7 13700KF? This cooler is suficient?
I would look at this Noctua in the link for that cpu along with a board with beefier VRM's such as a Z790 board.
