Question building new system need help advice

hi guys I would like to build a new gaming pc which I will use to play games and also would be streaming my games online i would be playing at 1080p resoultion I have a r9 390 8gb graphic card not sure if thats any good and I have all the other part etc hard drive case optical drive psu which is a 650watt xfx. I would just need new motherboard, cpu, ram, I have a budget of £500 would you guys be able to recommend me a good cpu and parts. or my other option is to use keep my current system which is a i5 4690k 16gb ram and r9 390 8gb and change my cpu to a used i7 4790k which would cost like £150

R9 390 is still pretty good for 1080p so that can be reused.

Not needed. That board can update its bios without a compatable cpu over usb via bios flashback.

yeah sounds like prob better to move to a ryzen 3700x or other option is to buy a used i7 4790k for cheap.
