Question Building PC, DRAM light is solid white and only the CPU fan spins up.

Hey guys,

Looking for some advice on how to fix this issue. I'm currently building a PC with:

CPU: Ryzen 7 5700x3d
Ram: G-Skill 3600mhz 32gb
Mobo: MSI B550-A Pro
Power supply : ThermalTake Smart W3 700w power supply

The issue began yesterday after building it, I tried to turn it on to post but to no avail, it didn't. It started throwing a CPU error light. Got to looking and found out that the bios needed to be updated for the CPU to work. I then flashed the bios with the compatible version, now the CPU light is off but the dram light is on.

I have checked every PSU connection, it's secure. I have removed both sticks of ram, rested and moved slots, tried other ddr4 ram but the same issue persists.

The only thing that's lighting up in the build is the CPU cooler fan. Every other fan does not work. Nor light up. I'm at a loss at what to do from here. I'm starting to feel like either the mobo or CPU are faulty.

If you guys can give some recommendations, I would be more than happy to try them! This has been driving me crazy lol
