That's pretty normal for a 6700XT in furmark V2 - I get 10200 and 170 FPS
My 12000/200 FPS was in V1

You don't seem to have a hardware issue
CPU seems slightly slower than it could be but within a normal range
Your GPU seems fine

What games are you trying to play?

My 6700 XT seems to perform similarly to the 6600 I had a few days ago. While others are getting around 100-120 FPS, I'm seeing only 60-80 FPS, which is almost the same as what I experienced with the 6600. I don't know why.

I've been trying to play Fort and comparing the benchmarks to other videos and mine is performing worse by a good margin.

I've got a similar setup and I'm getting 120 FPS on and aim practice map at 1440P
I let fortnite pick the recommended setting for my PC, and changed the FPS limit to 144

You should be getting 120+ fps on a similar map.
A map with lots of content will significantly reduce FPS

There have been several posts on the AMD forums about how ryzen and a 6700XT having issues in fortnite

One video suggested forcing PCIe gen 3 for the video card in the BIOS (instead of auto).
That shouldn't make a difference, but the 6700XT is a gen 3 card, so it can't hurt

Another mentioned that AMDs current implementation of DX11 doesn't work well with fortnite
DX12 worked fine for me,
The performance mode supposedly uses DX11, which could actually reduce performance.
The post suggested replacing some DLLs with older ones, but I'm not sure that is a great idea.

while this may be true im struggling to get 60 fps and getting frame drops. i should at least be getting a good performance even if just so happens the multiple benchmarks that I watched are inflated

I was getting anywhere from 30 to 120 FPS when I got on a busy practice map (tilted zone wars) in the default windowed full screen mode. It was basically unusable.

Swapping to fullscreen performance mode got me 120- 144 FPS.

There do seem to be some settings that affect performance way more than they should.

the score that a 6700xt has is close to 13000, yours works like a 6650xt which, however, produces such a score on a b550 motherboard, so your motherboard is enough according to my knowledge for what problems are presented on your computer, if you can buy a not very expensive motherboard b550 you will get some things above, I rule out that your processor is to blame
