I bought a Gigabyte GA-970A-UD3P Motherboard for my new PC build, and I can't figure out how to get the network running. I know that I have a built in network card, it's a Realtek LAN chip, but I'm either downloading the wrong driver or missing something completely.

No disk drive, should I transfer it to a thumb drive from a computer with a disk drive?

I think that this is going to work, didn't occur to me to try this until now. Copying the contents of the disk over to a thumb drive an manually running it on my new pc

I didn't get any errors, it just didn't enable wifi for me at all. Still can't find any networks. I made sure to install the LAN chip driver, too.

And you installed the correct WiFi driver for your hardware?

I've tried installing each and every driver from the disk, as well as the released drivers from Realtek, AND all drivers listed for me after a PC scan. I feel like I've just disabled networking with a computer key, and dont know how to restore it. You know, something stupid and simple.
