Solution
50 customer seats = 55 actual systems. You need quick swap spares.
A couple of workstation/servers to manage it all.

Switches, routers, bandwidth...
The simple answer is that the pc's specifications must meet or exceed the recommended hardware specifications for the games and applications being installed,.

The more complicated answer is that there is much more that needs to be considered, planned out, worked on, budgeted etc..

You need a business plan.

=======================

With a 50 PC gaming environment just adding RAM could become prohibitively expensive. Budget?

You need to understand the build itself and the trade-offs that may be needed if components are changed.

My suggestion is, with respect to the pc specifications, that you establish what build specs are needed.

Then post accordingly and request comment.

I don't know how far we can help you in this forum to build your PC cafe. But a great place to start would be to recommend a build for 1080p144Hz gaming. Please send a per-PC budget and your country. Although keep in mind that these will be retail prices as opposed to wholesale prices, which you can get by contacting suppliers directly.

Specific parts for the user consoles is far down the list of things that need to be built out.

Network infrastructure, network management (servers), overall internet pipe coming into the building, network segmentation...
Spares, redundancy, backups.
Ghosting and console reinstallation/flashing/reimaging.
What software?

Are you the overall business manager/owner, or just the minion building the user PC's?

What is the overall budget for this thing?
What is the budget portion for just the user systems?

50 pcs of roughly 1000 $ a piece. 50 seats, 50 monitors and all the network equipment. Since you will be buying a lot of that stuff in bulk, maybe you could talk to a system integrator regarding an offer, or even sponsoring/marketing for your place.

In which country are you residing? Maybe you could try to contact Corsair or NZXT. Honestly I dont know if 50 systems are enough to get you some kind of bulk discount.
