Hello,

As per reports, The R9 390x should be in the market during June 02-06. So should I wait 2 months and buy an R9 390x? Or wait a bit longer and go for GTX 980Ti?

Another question I have is, If R9 390x gets released on June and if I buy it from Newegg then will I able to send my item to another country via FedEX? It's because I'll be buying one for my lil brother!

Specs: i7 4770k
MoBo: G1.Sniper B5
Ram: 8GB 1600mhz
Resolution: 1440p

Since neither one exists atm, wait for reviews of the r9 390X, if it has adequate performance for your needs, get it, otherwise wait and see if the 980Ti (if it comes out) has the performance you are looking for.

Well, Both of the cards are although unreleased but they're going to be a lot better than all previous cards right? Except for Titan X!

The 290x beat the titan when it launched, so don't be surprised.

Nah, 390x is rumored to be a tad faster than the Titan X and even a lot more so at 4K with the enormous 4096-bit bus. AMD gives great value for their cards so if they released the 390x at $650-700 then it'd be the end of the Titan X (Well, at least not for NVIDIA fanboys). And then NVIDIA will shock everybody yet again with Pascal and then AMD will do the same with Arctic Islands and so on...

Hi
What you should do is decide from leaked benchmarks (that is if you cannot wait) as most likely they are genuine, from what ive researched the 390x will be a beast and would be more powerful than the new titan and just before the 970 sli. However if i were to change my 980 gpu i would be changing to the 980ti since the power rating on the 390x (fijix) is very high and could lead to some very high electricity bills, also ive had alot of problems with amd cards such as their drivers causing crashes and the cards running hot and their fams being very loud. So i think its more to do with preference since i thought thay would bring the power rating down more than 10w but they didnt so ill be getting the 980ti more likely since i also want more vram and 6gb is perfect for me.
