Buying a case and CPU cooler, suggestions?

Current specs:

Gigabyte GTX 780
Core i5 4670k quad core
Asus z87-pro v edition
corsair cx 750 watt PSU
g.skill ripjaws 8gb (2x4gb) 1866 DD3R ram

Hello. I need suggestions on a new chasse and CPU cooler for my specs above. I have a hyper 212 evo but I think its time to move on from that 😛. I need a case that I can actually manage my cables on and has good airflow. In total I'm looking to spend around $230 on both. Thanks!

For the CPU cooler, either get a Noctua NH-D14 or a Phanteks PH-TC14PE_BK.

For the case, look at Corsair 300r or 400r, NZXT Phantom 410, Antec anything, Coolermaster HAF series.

Use the left over money to get a better quality PSU like a 650w unit from Seasonic, XFX, Antec, Corsair (not CX, CS, RM).
